Profile Description

For two and a half years, I was employed by a US newspaper company as a customer service representative. I take calls from customers to address their delivery concerns, handle payments, and resolve billing problems. I am also composing messages in order to address the issues raised in the email. I received recognition for several months as a top agent during that time.

My experience in customer service taught me how to multitask and operate under pressure. While on the phone and completing other tasks, I usually handle customers' requests correctly and meet the important performance targets.

As a Financial Analyst, I am currently employed by one of the Philippine government agencies. My primary responsibility is to record and correct the Agency's monthly reports, create a quarterly report, and deliver it on schedule to the other concerned Agencies.

I value ideas, work well in a team, actively listen to my coworkers, and strive to make the current process better. Because of my line of work, I am extremely detail-oriented. Additionally, I receive an award for being the best rank-and-file employee in 2021.
