Profile Description

I have been working as a Virtual Assistant since October 2021, specifically as E-commerce VA, Logistics VA, Social Media Manager, and Product Researcher but I can do other tasks if given further training or instructions.
I worked in an Automation Agency as a Junior Media Buyer and also their Logistics VA. My tasks as a Junior Media Buyer are to create/build the Dropshipshipping store (Shopify) for the client, Seniors will run the ads and scale it. As Logistics VA I check orders in all stores (100+ stores) if the orders are being fulfilled by the suppliers and if there's a problem with orders I communicate with the clients. I also do the invoices. To my previous client, I am handling customer service (email) returns, refunds, and tracking orders.
The tasks that I've done for my previous clients are doing product research on eBay, Amazon, and Ali-express for their dropshipping business, and I do simple photo and video editing on canva. I edit the product descriptions and titles. I do product listing on Facebook Marketplace. We use Teamviewer so I could use my client's FB marketplace account. I can build a basic Shopify website for Dropshipping Business owners, and fulfill orders. I create invoices for the agency's clients, and google spreadsheets for the records, and the team is using Slack for our communication and Hubstaff as our time tracker. Our workspace is Upgrade to see actual info. I don’t have all the skills or knowledge of a VA but I can assure you that I have my ways to learn and understand things that are new to me.
Aside from the work experience I mentioned earlier, I would like you to know that I also have experience as a Casino Dealer for 4 years, a Receptionist for a year, Fashion Consultant at Zara Rockwell Philippines, a Sales Clerk in a Department store here selling Women's Accessories. My work has allowed me to hone my skills at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, can work honestly without or less supervision, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively. Enthusiastic and a team player also skilled in providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
