Profile Description

I have experience as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Support for more than two years. Assisting customers queries like pre-product selling, tracking customer's orders, and making sure the product is delivered, and also assisting customer's concerns as well. I have also enough experience in using Gorgias, Airtable, Shopify, Slack, Linnworks. Etc.

I have also experience as a Marketing Affiliate Assistant where I find prospected influencers to promote the products. Based on my experience, I do some follow-ups, assist influencer's queries, and encouraging them to do good content. All my work will be base on the companies rules and contracts.
