Profile Description

- Involved in Post Production activities, Continuous Engineering and Cost Reduction Initiatives.
- Prepares draft part and assembly designs with BOM for submission of RFQ to OEM suppliers.
- Creates 2D drawing with CTF only or full-dimensioning schemes utilizing company or industry standard
GD&T.
- Utilizes CAD to study assembly mechanisms, interferences, tooling and manufacturability and initial tool design.
- Well versed in creation of components with DFM considerations – such as components for metal stamping, injection/blow molding, rubber parts, plastic/metal extrusion and machining.
- Creates prototypes to test designs and Upgrade to see actual infosigns fixtures for manual or automated test tools.
- Experienced in design of parts intended for Conventional Machining, CNC, and Rapid Prototyping.
- Performs failure analysis of products and recommend improvements to enhance
product performance.
- Mechanical hardware support to Firmware/Software. Analyzes FW logs involving
sensors and motor controls in media handling systems
- Presided over the training and orientation of employees on basics of company products.
- Owns a patent for Feeder Module in ATM/Acceptor Machine
