Profile Description

I am a multi-faceted individual who has experience in both online and offline platforms in sales and customer service for more than 10 years.
From working in a local Art Gallery where I have closed Art Deals for local and international high profile clients, I have also worked for the Service Industry and I have expertise in securing hotel and resort reservations online, in person and over the phone. I have also worked as a language and product specifics trainer in a BPO for US based hotel and casino where I have mastered sharing my skills to potential employees.
My customer service experience is exemplary, ranging from Credit Card Company support to Guest Relations in the hospitality industry, both online and in person. I have worked for a local beach property, a service apartment, and in an international hotel chain where I handled reservations up to customer relations prior, upon and after check-in.
I have managed Facebook Pages for all of these businesses, email correspondence to guest, AIRBNB support, and even business planning and human resource work. I am familiar with most online platforms used for businesses such as Trello, Slack, Pipeline, Quickbooks, Basecamp, Instagram, Facebook and the likes. I have an above average command of the English language and can easily handle online correspondence with customers, and smooth transaction to both customers and my employers.
All these experiences honed me into an asset that can work through pressure, with great work ethic, flexible demeanor and unquestionable intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.
Though most of my career I was engaged in a more office setting, I am a fast learner and can easily in novel scenarios as an online employee.
