Profile Description

I am Electrical Engineer with experienced in electrical design, consultation, inspection and appraisal and construction coordination services. 
I am have experienced in handling Mixed-use buildings, School buildings, Medical arts building, Processing meat plant, Residential buildings and Office/BPO buildings with  more than eight (8) years of experience with R.A. Mojica and Partners (RAM&P), one of the leading electrical design and consultancy firm in the Philippines.
I am constantly attending Seminars and Conferences to help him to further develop my skills.
I also knows computer software such as AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Sketch up, Adobe acrobat and electrical design software (ETAP).
I was also assigned to conduct electrical audit on various types of projects such as Office building, Schools & Industrial plant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engineer in charge of the assign projects and provide comprehensive design and calculations
• Design of electrical, communications (Telephone, Data, CATV, Audio/Video Intercom, Public Address/BGM, Fire Detection and Alarm, Security (CCTV, Electronic Access and others) system of certain project from schematic, design development and up to construction drawings.
• Provide technical report and presentation that value engineering initiatives proposed are code compliant, safe and acceptable, and provides the desired project cost reduction.
• Performs design calculations (short circuit, voltage drop etc.) with the aid of computer software and also in manual calculations.
• Provide electrical and communication systems layout such as one-line diagram,   auxiliary, lighting layout, power layout, powerhouse including the architectural     layout, grounding layout, lightning arrester, miscellaneous details of the electrical and auxiliary equipment and electrical equipment room layout.
• Prepares technical specifications and other related documents
• In-charge of all documentations of the projects being handled.
• Coordinate and gather all information from other trades necessary for the design of electrical and auxiliary system.
• Attends coordination meetings with the owner/developer, architects and other related design consultants during design phase of the project.
• Attends site coordination meetings with the project manager, contractor and all other entities involved during construction phase of the project.
• Conduct site inspection to ensure high quality and good workmanship during implementation in accordance to the plans and specifications.
• Review material submittals, actual samples and construction shop drawings for proper site implementation.
• Conducts plant visit and testing to ensure the quality of materials and equipment prior to delivery and installation.
• Conduct Electrical estimates.
• Witness testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation prior to the owner’s acceptance of the system.
• Assist the owner in technical evaluation during bidding phase of the project.
• In-charge of managing projects from conceptual phase to the completion of project construction.
• Supervised newly hired engineers and CADD encoders in the implementation of the project design and specifications, periodically review their work to ensure quality adherence to design concepts.
• Project team lead in the electrical audit projects.
• In-charge of monitoring the progress of the project
• In-charge of conducting electrical system audit
• Conduct electrical audit such as:
   a. Data gathering.
   b. Insulation resistance test. 
   c. Thermal scanning test
   d. Load Monitoring with Power Quality Analyzer. 
  e. Line tracing.
  f. Short circuit and voltage drop calculation through ETAP software. 
  g. Electrical as built plan.
  h. Inspect the existing electrical inspection with comments and recommendations.
  i. Energization & De-energization of the facility.
