With 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have honed my skills in customer service, soft sales, and Level 1 Technical Support for mobile devices through my work with US insurance and Australian telco companies. Transitioning to remote work, I briefly served as an appointment setter for a project-based role, and I am currently a Customer Care Support Specialist for a US-based e-commerce company. Since joining this role this year, I have become proficient in various tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, and more.
I am flexible and eager to learn new skills, open to entry-level positions, and willing to adjust my schedule accordingly. My full-time hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, making me available for part-time or full-time opportunities after that shift. In addition to my customer service background, I was a writer in my younger years, serving as a features editor for my university gazette, and I continue to have a passion for writing. I am also keen to expand my knowledge in social media management and research analysis, even though many companies currently seek individuals with experience in these areas.
