My scope of support included: calendar and inbox management, email management, scheduling, customer service, and complaints handling. DISPUTE/MEDIATION SPECIALIST: I worked as a dispute specialist for Upwork Enterprise for 3 years and my scope of work included facilitating dispute resolution through dispute resolution platform, tracking and managing ongoing mediation cases within specified SLA, investigating complex issues and making decisions about how to resolve them and responding to customer's email. I also worked as a Content writer for a year and my scope of support included posting and writing social media content. I have a good command of the English language (written and spoken), have good attention to detail, and can work without supervision.
