I monitor my team's performance, delegate tasks, and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. During these experiences, I have improved my communication skills and learned to hone my multitasking skills, time management skills, the value of patience, and being a team player. I have learned the importance of being patience with customers, answering every question that is being asked therefore rendering the best customer satisfaction. I have sharpened my fullest potential and provide high-quality services to meet your objectives and goals.
