Profile Description

I am an experienced Administrative Assistant doing data entry, email handling, web research, and customer support. I am also expert in procurement and purchasing since I've been in this position for more than 8 years.  In addition to my extensive office experience, I have strong communication skills, customer service, and administrative skills. I am well equipped with a high level of responsibility and fast learning traits, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suites, the capacity to multitask under pressure, well organized, professional, and works under minimal supervision that makes me a perfect fit to any role.
I handled different types of tasks, mostly back-office administration. I'm used to task-based, output-oriented and time-pressured types of work. I also have experience in processing invoices and basic accounting. All of these were the skills that I can share with you and I know that this knowledge and skills will be valuable in this industry.
