Looking to advance my career by heading projects or an operations team of a startup/business with an emphasis on creating, documenting, and implementing systems and processes. A ClickUp expert to streamline work. Also using Notion for some projects.
 
I've been handling supervisory and managerial roles for around 9 years now, handling various teams and effectively coordinating with different organization members. I also help businesses set up and document processes for the company.

Project Management
- Sets requirements, scope, and timeline making sure what our team does is
aligned with the project goals
- Sets up the business workspace with the app of choice, but preferably ClickUp or Notion

Scrum Master
- Helps teams create goals and how to provide incremental value to their consumers
- Facilitates scrum events

Process-oriented
- Creates/Updates processes as needed
- Documents SOPs in an easy-to-understand and follow way without complicating the information, reviewing controls where applicable
- Sets up automation where possible to do more in less time

Digital Marketing
- Does creator outreach
- Social media content creation and scheduling
- Plan and implement campaign strategies
