Hardworking, Dedicated, Goal- Oriented, Trainable, and a Performer.Yes! All those words I wrote above are skills that I possessed. I have been in the BPO industry for 8 years now. I started my career back in December 2012 as a Sales representative of 1800-Flowers. However, it was a seasonal account so it didn't last for so long. At that Upgrade to see actual infont, I was one of the newbies yet was one of the last to leave the team due to being a Upgrade to see actual infot long after that, I was hired as a Customer service representative of eBay. I continued to perform at my best but I needed to give up the job because of my studies. I was then hired as a Technical/Customer Service Agent and handled mobile devices-related fields. We assist customers with concerns relating to the problem on their mobiles like being unable to receive text or calls, cannot connect to the internet, assisting them in buying minutes, and dealing with their over-the-phone purchase. During that time, I was immediately upskilled to a higher rank because of my dedication and consistency to hit the monthly KPI's ( Key Performance Indicator ). I received tons of awards from QA for having 90-100% results delivered on most QA Evaluations. I also got appreciation from my Team Leaders for having perfect attendance almost every month, even though I worked and studied at that time. My passion for my job is always part of my priority and being able to deliver good results that I worked hard gives me the freedom to study while working. March of 2015, I officially filed my resignation to apply as a Home Loan Processor for greener pasture. I loved the job very much because the compensation was great and there's new learning that I learned as a PTS ( Prior to Submission ) processor, wherein I am the primary contact of LO's ( Loan Officers ) for the collection of documents. Adapting to the new environment was never a struggle for me even if I have to self-study a lot of things. Unfortunately, I just needed to resign from that job because I was pregnant with my firstborn and I had a critical condition at that time where my Obgyne requested a complete bed rest. I applied and was hired as a Billing Representative of Telstra in 2016 April. Again, I worked hard and continued to hit my monthly KPI's. I was one of our supervisors' trusted and go-to person in terms of product knowledge because he knows that I am driven to excel. After a couple of months, as a Billing Representative, I was offered to be part of our Complaint Resolution Management but I refused due to personal reasons. I was also reprofiled as a Technical Representative in the same account after two years and later on as part of the Email Technical Sales Department. We have monthly quotas and thankfully I was able to reach and deliver it, with 100% sales conversion. Sadly, the account was shut down last March of 2019 due to the monopoly of telco services in Australia.  In September of 2019, I worked as a Customer Relations Officer for Lexus, Suzuki, Hino, and Toyota vehicles. As a CRO, we are tasked to do some VA-related tasks like sending emails to our admins, making follow up with our customers, doing outbound and inbound appointment settings, and handling live chat support as well. The account ended last December of 2020. I also worked as a part-time Telemarketer last March 2020 to provide medical transcription system, but due to the Covid-19 situation, the operation needs to stop as business was greatly affected.I have worked as a part-time cold caller in a real estate company, but I am also looking forward to meeting new clients, whom I can work with. Currently, I am an Account Manager of Spetz AU handling sales, retention, and customer service.As mentioned, I am highly trainable just in case you wanted to hire me and the job requires things I am not yet familiar with.
