My goal is to provide
administrative support to your team or company while working remotely providing
assistance and performing various task including answering
your meeting and making travel arrangements, I also have the device that is
needed to perform those tasks partnered with high-speed internet that will
provide seamless connectivity. With me managing all of that, you will have a lot
of time to spend with your family giving you the work-life balance that most
people want. I am also an expert in technical troubleshooting
which is very important in this modern world of technology. When I was a telco
technical support specialist, I was able to resolve technical issues that was
not resolved by previous support which gives me a lot of promoters, I always
meet all the KPIs which makes me take home all the incentives for 3 consecutive
months. I always make sure exhaust all of my resources to provide assistance or
to help with a certain task, doing more with less by grouping similar tasks
together to harness my focus and prevent distraction to get the job done.
