With over 25 years of experience in the airline industry, I have developed a strong sense of customer service as a flight attendant. During this role, I managed the daily operations of the front office, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and restaurant and bar area monitoring. Additionally, I optimized the hotel's payroll and accounting software using Microsoft Office, and introduced my co-workers to Microsoft ACCESS, which streamlined the guest registration process.
As a tech-savvy individual, I am proficient in the Windows and Linux operating systems. I have also set up my own home network using vlans to isolate my work network from the home network and security network. I hold certificates in network security and cybersecurity from UDEMY and have a keen interest in web development.
My experience extends beyond the airline industry, having worked as a healthcare account representative for CVS under TELETECH, and as a temporary front office supervisor at a small hotel in Cebu City. These roles allowed me to further hone my people skills and showcase my technical abilities, including finding solutions to technical issues that benefit the company using Microsoft Office software such as Access to streamline business processes. Through my varied experiences, I have learned the importance of adaptability and professionalism in different workplace settings. Therefore, my extensive experience in the airline industry and other industries has equipped me with a wealth of experience in dealing with people, technical challenges, and unique situations, enabling me to adapt quickly and handle any challenges that may arise, with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible service to customers, guests, or clients.
