I am currently working in the communications department of a government agency. My work mainly includes writing press releases, speeches, reports and creating social media content. I also supervise organizing big advocacy events, training and workshops.I worked in the BPO industry for 10 years. I was trained to provide excellent customer service through inbound calls and e-mails. I've worked with several accounts that fall under different categories (financial, mortgage and telecommunications).
