Hi,

I started working online in 2004 as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service, then I was promoted to Managerial position, where I handled more than 20 staff, I was tasked to handle also our Phone Support team. After a few years I was promoted to Administrative Assistant where I worked directly with the CEO of O&T Success LLC and was in charge of the entire online business operations including import and export of products from Asia to the US, Canada, or UK Amazon warehouses and later also became the CEO.

I managed different Shopify and Amazon Seller Central accounts. I worked for more than 10 years in the BPO industry where I handled, Inbound, Outbound, Customer Service, Collections, Technical Support (DELL), offered credit protection for CITI (bank), scheduled appointments, and more.
