Profile Description

I been in BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) for 11 years. I am Customer Service specialist, Chat and Email Specialist, Inbound Sales Specialist, Collections Agent.

Most recently, I have been working as a Customer Service and Email Specialist for a small business, helping them to assist customers who has a lot of inquiries and concern about the product through calls, email and chat. I also work as an Inbound Sales Agent which providing sales skills to customers who is inquiring about the product.
I have a solid background experience as well as an Outbound Sales Agent and Outbound Collections Agent, which I can say one of my strength and something that I can be proud of.

My 8 years experience with my recent company is my strength right now because I learned a lot from them especially to be a flexible agent. I handled different line of business with them specially on selling and promoting products and exerting as well as a good customer skills.

I am looking forward to work for a client who is willing to impart their knowledge to me in this kind of Industry. I am willing to learned something new and willing to provide a lot of effort just to satisfy and give the best work that they are looking for. I may not be the best agent but I am willing to learned and to adjust.
