• Manages oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
• Overview overall the production and the turnover of the project completion
• Manages oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
• Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed
• Creates drawings and specifications based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by designers and engineers
• Creates detailed and assembly production drawings
• Makes final sketch of proposed drawing as well as checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another and various parts to the whole structure
