Good day,
I've been with the Insurance industry for the past 7 years with experience managing a diverse set of individuals with different occupations and goals. I'm well equipped to maximize each and everyone to achieve our specific target laid out by the company.
I'm also well-trained in the aspects of technology specifically from a Technical Support/Service Desk standpoint. I had been with a huge IT company for more than 5 years doing 1st and 2nd level of support via phone and email. I understand the importance of SLAs and service delivery as well as thinking outside the box during critical iUpgrade to see actual info without compromising company guidelines to achieve the best possible solution.
