I have been in the call center industry for over 7 years. I am good at speaking the English language and I can comprehend well. I know how important it is to communicate clearly and effectively since we are working over the phone and we can't see our customers. As a customer service representative I have dealt with angry or frustrated customers and I know that we need to empathize with them, I put myself in their shoes and I would treat them as I would like to be treated. I was with Expedia, a travel account, for 3 years as a sales executive. Our tasks were to help customers find the best hotel that fits their needs and budget.

I was with a home improvement account where we call customers who are interested in getting an estimate for their home improvement projects.
I am a fast learner and I am very willing to be trained.
