Profile Description

I have a 5 years experience with Office & Admin as I have worked in an Interior Design Company in Dubai. Part of my job as an Admin Assistant was to write business letters, reports and office memos using OutLook. I was the first point of contact for all our customers. I handle refunds, delivery scheduling, and also complaints. I was also a Quotation Specialist I worked with product listings and pricing to sending quotations to clients. I am a Draftswoman as well and worked with AutoCAD, I create floor plans and furniture spacing.

I also worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager for a Realtor. I've handled their Social Media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I created graphics using Canva and managed their emails & schedules, and also created Newsletters using an email management tools such as ConvertKit and Mailchimp.
