Profile Description

I am capable of working in fast paced environments and have experience doing so. My roles in the workplace have ranged from account management at an Enterprise level to managing client experience. My focus has been on scoping out the workflow of a project, managing the client's expectations, building in the required functionality of the process, and offering a transfer of knowledge to the customer. I work with our clients on a daily basis and greatly enjoy being a point of reference for them. I am an outgoing and positive individual who isn't afraid of a challenge.
