I am a luxury travel and tourism specialist who is self-driven and results-oriented with extensive experience in customer and sales management, including dealing with email, reservations, and running a point of sale. 

I have eight years of expertise in the hospitality sector, working in everything from a five-star resort to a high-end travel agency. 

My experience covers administrative tasks such as taking calls, responding to emails and chat messages, creating and emailing booking agreements, handling payments, processing cancellations, issuing refunds, sending out receipts, filing, and updating the business's online bookings. 

I take initiative in managing client connections, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and establish productive working relationships with both clients and coworkers.
