I am well-versed with Xactimate, Symbility, MICA, Docusketch, Encircle, Matterport, Xactanalysis, Accuserve Portal, PuroLogic Dash, Contents Track, Microsoft Teams, Ring Central, Fastfield, Microsoft Offices, QBO Invoice, Field Pulse, Adobe, and any other tools or apps used in the Restoration Industry. I am an excellent communicator both in verbal and written. I can negotiate quotes and get an excellent deal with the clients bringing a win-win product for client and the company. Aside from that, I have 5 year of solid experience in the Construction Industry. I am a Licensed Civil Engineer and have completed several projects both for residential and and commercials. I do Project Scheduling, Quantity Surveying, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Man Power Management, and many more. I can interpret plans and designs from Architectural, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing/Sanitary, and Electronics. Proficient with AutoCAD and sketch up.
