I have 5 years hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online to support small business clients.
I also have prior experience working in a bookkeeping firm doing day-to-day bookkeeping on multiple clients:
-catch up & cleaning up QuickBooks
-fixing Accounts Receivable mismatches by manually entering data in QuickBooks like creating invoices not imported from Service Titan and manually adding payments not pushed from payment processors like Stripe and PayPal.
-setting up the QuickBooks of a newly opened US-based Auto Repair Shop, from the Chart of Accounts using appropriate account titles, adding Vendors, categorizing transactions to separate business and personal up to adding Journal Entries for unrecorded Sales and Labor Costs based on the company's record/spreadsheet that is sent to their Accountant for Sales Tax reporting
-bookkeeping of a US-based Real Estate Business, entering bills in the Property Management software (Buildium), monthly reconciling of business and credit card accounts
-maintaining the QuickBooks of an E-commerce US-based company, working closely with the CFO and working with the Tax accountant during tax season
-pulling out of KPI metrics from FreshBooks and HouseCall Pro and sending report to business owner
-bi weekly team payroll
-billing clients, creating PayPal invoices
-client's personal finance using Quicken Simplifi software
