As an experienced Amazon Seller Support associate for 5 years, I've been able to know and understand how everything works in the Amazon Seller Central Account. I started as an associate for regular Merchant sellers assisting general issues about starting to sell, creating listings manually, managing orders, returns, performance and payments. After a year of being a general Merchant associate, I was upskilled to being an FBA Associate on which I've been trained for issues regarding fulfilment, FBA shipment, managing fulfilment listings, orders, returns and the entire network of Fulfilling with Amazon. After those experiences, I got upskilled again and this time, for Amazon Catalog and Feeds Department on which we handle issues relating to batch uploads, creating listings or even variations in bulk, handling different listing catalogue issues, and basically about all issues affecting ASINs on Amazon. I was able to get lucky to train individuals during my stay with the company and support them or becoming a subject matter expert. And with these experiences, I want to apply my knowledge, skills, learnings, and strategies to an actual selling platform with a specific seller to build their selling account and help them grow their business.
