I have been working as a Call center agent for 5 years.

*Handled Telco accounts and was trained to troubleshoot some minor technical problems.
Address customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.Resolve complaints with effective solutions.Engage and build rapport with customers.

*Worked with Chinese Restaurants in a Call center company, I help resto take orders from customers.

*I also have an experience in cold calling. Previous employer is based in Texas. So I was ask to call and ask home owners if they are willing to sell their property and part of my job is to set an appointment for them to discuss further.
