In my 8 years experience in BPO, I have multi-tasked, worked extra mile, and worked with a multi-national team. I started as an agent and I understand well how important it is to provide good customer service. When I got the promotion as a Vendor Liaison and SME (3 years after being an associate), I have leaped my career through direct client-relations; people handling; complying managers' directives; monitor team stats and sales; and training.
Besides the daily tasks, I am also in-charge of the team activities within and outside the working place (Rewards and recognition, incentives distribution, program coordinator, bookings, team buildings, etc.) ; handle administrative tasks; and anything I can arrange for the program.
I am a passionate learner and open to constructive criticisms. I also meet, if not, exceed our clients' and my managers' expectations. I am also an honest employee, and is not afraid of opening out about my weaknesses, if there are things that I cannot do.
