Brief introduction about me, I worked as a Workforce Real-time Analyst for more than 2 years wherein I worked closely with different onshore and offshore operation sites. I also got promoted to the Scheduling post and worked in that position for 6 months.I also report directly to the clients and directors as needed. Before that, I'd been a customer service representative for more than 3 years handling different accounts at a time - medical, pharmaceutical, and financial.
I also recently worked with an e-Commerce dropship company for a year. I mostly handle tickets using Freshdesk including assigning and distributing them across the team.Handled chats as well for the said store via
