After which, I joined Verizon Wireless and does the same.
In my fourth year working in a BPO, I started working for PayPal North America Campaign. I was profiled as a Customer Care Representative and handled Account Management to help users with their Account Inquiry, Password Reset, Spoof
I am now working with Airbnb as a Chat Support Agent which made me knowledgeable in being Community Educations Specialist and help Airbnb’s Host and Guests on how they can manage their Listings and Reservation.
