Profile Description

I've worked as a customer service representative for more than 2 years. I experience handling different types of clients.

As a customer service representative, my goal is to address all of the concerns of my customers with quality service. Our conversation with our customers should be positive to ensure the quality of the service and the satisfaction of our customers.

I also worked before as a General Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate business. I can do cold calls and follow up a call using a dialer and script. I have knowledge of how to use MLS and run CMA. Experience in skip trace leads and content writing.

I was trained also on how to be a social media manager. I have knowledge of how to use proper hashtags on Instagram and how social media algorithm works.

 I can easily learn new tasks and follow instructions. I always have the willingness to learn and make sure to provide a quality service.
