I've been in a BPO industry for 4 yrs handling a cold calling campaign. We were be calling customers about their loan inquiry online. Our main goal there is to make them interested and proceed the loan application after providing them the accurate interest rate. We also had our daily target. This year 2020 I applied to another company and got the job as an Appointment Setter. We were be calling Australian customers about their superannuation. Super by the way is one way Australians can save money for their retirement. We will offer them a financial advisor to handle their super and our main goal there is to make them interested. We also had our daily target.
