This includes checking patients in, obtaining their personal history and emergency contact information, coordinating schedules, and processing paperwork.
I also have 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company under the Sears, Google Nest, and Service Live Account, where we used to set up, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
Aside from that I also have 1 year experienced as Telephone Qualifier where we used to do outbound calls to gather information from business individuals on behalf of our Clients.
And with the training and experiences that I have gained from my previous employment, I believe I am competent enough to handle this job well.
