I am a Virtual Assistant/ Credit Repair Specialist who professionally caters to the needs of the clients. I have been working in the credit repair industry for almost 3 years now and I have learned processes, strategies, and approach on how to successfully help clients with their credit scores and achieve their dreams. I have put on my shoulder the responsibility of helping clients.
I work with passion, organized, keen to details and with quality assurance, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
I am able to manage 40-50 clients each month. Monthly review of each client's account. This includes reading and analyzing client's credit report, finding inaccurate information and sending dispute letters to credit reporting agencies.
I am familiar with filing FTC and CFPB complaint. I am familiar with the on-boarding process of each client and security freeze the third party agencies like LexisNexis, Sage Stream, Advance Resolution, Credco Corelogic, and Innovis. I have knowledge in using the ff tools: Credit Repair Cloud, Hubspot,
DATA ENTRY: I can do internet research and provide the information requested by clients. I also help when it comes to lead generation and ensure that information is provided accurately.
