Profile Description

I have been in the Customer Service Industry for over 4 years and I have learned a lot of skills from that Upgrade to see actual infoom call handling, objection handling, customer service, database management, and data analysis to name a few. I started out as a Customer Service Representative and worked my way up to become a Quality Assurance Analyst. During that span of time, I have used a lot of different office productivity tools and gave me a high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gsuite. I also know how to use applications for photo editing, video editing and creating your own websites like Pixlr, Photoshop, Powtoon, and WordPress.
I have also taken training for the Real Estate industry to become a VA for a Upgrade to see actual info that training, I have learned how to generate leads, transaction coordination, and prospecting.
The first job I've had being freelance is being a Phone support. I have answered calls for order inquiry, tracking, order status, cancellations, and refunds. Then I became a Sytems Quality Analyst with the same client. I have handled the inspection of their websites for their businesses and made sure that the quality and effectiveness of the website are perfect, user-friendly and easy to understand.
