Helped manage multiple listings listed on different platforms through vacation rental software/s.
Part of the tasks are as follows:
* Process payment/refund/reimbursement
* Make sure all details for each listing in each platform are synced and updated
* Resolve issues before, during, and after the guest's stay
* Handling inbound/outbound calls also
* Making sure that all incoming guests meet the criteria for booking the specific unit
* Mediating with Airbnb to have a review removed
These are just some of the things I was able to learn and hone while working as a property manager and is more than willing to further hone my skills to make sure it is up to par.
