I have plenty of experience working with other freelancers in a team and successfully managed to complete projects within the given deadline in an organized manner. I fully utilized task organizer platforms like Asana and Trello to manage a project smoothly. I have experience in finding, interviewing, and hiring qualified people to finish projects smoothly. I provide good leadership to accomplish any project smoothly. When there are issues that can not be avoided all the time, I'm able to calm myself and think to provide solutions.
