I've worked in call center industry for about 10 years now and have gained knowledge through different accounts that I've been with, from Car Reservations (Dollar&Thrifty), Telco accounts (T-molibe and AT&T) and medical accounts (PDM and Optum under United Healthcare) which are US based accounts.
I started as an agent and with hard work I was promoted as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) which supports the new hires and the production. I did not stop there, I worked even harder and explored different positions, like trainer assistant, Team lead and my last job as a QA (Quality Assurance Analyst).
In order to provide quality customer service, I always make sure that I am knowledgeable enough of my account products,services and process. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.
