I've worked in a BPO industry as a Travel Associate and as a Customer Service Representative for almost a year under Expedia Company it's a blended account where we answer customer inquiries and complaints regarding their reservations and also help them book their preffered hotels. Another thing is that when they need an urgent policy change, we make outbound calls to the property or the customer when necessary, thats where I gain the attitude of being goal oriented and I believed its the perfect time for me to go in a different path. 
Also I've work as an Social Media Manager for 6 months it's a Teeth Whitening Services, we're finding leads at the same time we are doing booking with the clients. Also, I have work as a Social Media Manager for an influencer to gain more followers and finding brands to promote.
