I am also well versed in Zendesk, Helpscout, Google sheets, MS Excel, and many other applications.
I'm good at customer service and can handle problems under pressure. Worked at a mobile company as a Technical support and knows how to perform basic troubleshooting and other methods to fix a network or mobile issues. I also handle email concerns and have proper grammar and writing.
