I have a working knowledge in basic network systems. Can configure desktops. I have a training in troubleshooting networks and specific HP printers. I can install and configure hardware operating systems and applications. I also maintain computer systems and monitor networks. Been trained to talked to clients in walking through certain steps to insure resolution on said client's technical issue.
I am also able to provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. The best skill i have is my perseverance, my will to finish the job on or before time.
