I have completed exclusive training with Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant Masterclass, I have demonstrated my ability to effectively manage various aspects of Amazon FBA businesses, from sourcing profitable products to optimizing listings for maximum visibility.I am skilled in utilizing data and analytics to identify market trends, assess performance metrics, and develop strategies that deliver tangible results. 
Some of the accounts that I have handled are Walmart and Amazon. These include my experience in processing refund, replacement, return, billing inquiries, sales, appointment setting, selling through phone, data mining/entry, email scraping, etc. I have worked in reputable call centers here in the Philippines, worked as a Ecommerce Customer Service Representative for almost 5 years wherein I resolve customer complaints or concerns via phone, email and chat.Working as both Inbound and outbound agent before I went on freelancing. Working over the phone, talking to clients/customers and administrative tasks are a few of the things that I love doing.
I have the ability to carry out multiple tasks with less to no supervision.
