Profile Description

I am a WordPress support specialist with 11 years of experience working for several BPO companies and managing worldwide accounts. My job experience matches the responsibilities outlined in the offered position.
My most recent job is working as Product Support in a real estate company in the USA, I was able to assist several clients, depending on their website issue or request, but particularly with their website lead generation functionality. Furthermore, as part of the support, I also assist clients with their CRM concerns and ensure their account is properly connected to their website. I interact with them by email or chat, but if the issue is urgent, I call them for immediate action or confirmation.
My experience building websites using numerous sorts of platforms, such as WordPress, Website builders, and Weebly, is a result of my work for several web hosting companies in the US. I believe my hands-on experience and skills will prove relevant to your open role, my actual knowledge and abilities will be useful in your open position. We help our clients manage their domain names and email accounts using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.
I also participated in the Quality team. My ability to solve problems and pay close attention to detail have both improved. I do possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills because one of our responsibilities is to coach agents and distribute a weekly report of the various teams involved in the operation.
