I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 12 years handling mostly non-voice accounts and some voice accounts. I have juggled between handling customers and also supporting the team when the manager and/or support aren't around. The products I have supported were for Internet Service Providers and major gaming console. My current client for my regular job has an all-in-one portable PC in their product line and my work here has been from chat support to voice and now I handle the Community/Forums page wherein we are the moderators of the page and I am the Point of Contact for our small team. I can learn new tasks and efficient with my work, make sure that my finished job have good quality in it. I believe that the product's knowledge base is the bible for us to provide the proper support our customers. I handle Billing, Internet, and Technical concerns. I do my research and make sure they are from valid sources before I provide my answers.
