 -I have thirteen (13) years of experience in Customer Service, Training, and Sales wherein I worked closely with different clients in the US and the UK to support their programs in Healthcare, Retail, Financial, and Telecommunications. 
 -My last role was as a Sales Development Research associate where I reached out to doctor's offices via phone, SMS, and email to schedule a meeting with our healthcare partner brands. 
 -I successfully managed chat and email support and provided prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
 -I also worked as a Trainer and a Learning Analyst in a BPO company where I handled different lines of business in Customer Care, Technical Support, Disputes by Phone, Correspondence, and Chargeback. 
-I facilitated New Hire classes and continuing education sessions, and worked hand-in-hand with Training Managers in the Philippines, North America, and Latin America to improve the Training Curriculum and the Delivery and Facilitation skills of the trainers.
