Profile Description

• 10 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of experience working home-based.
• 1+ years of experience with podcast guest sourcing, coordination, podcast promotions/marketing campaigns and other podcast-related admin tasks. 
• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• 3+ years of community management experience
• Experienced with various job boards and portals namely Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, SeekOut, Apollo, and Boolean search.
• Experiences with business development, lead generation, email marketing and other direct outreach marketing. 
• Proficient with SharePoint, Otter, Taleo (Oracle), Zoho, PeopleSoft, ERecruit, Bullhorn, Trello, and Microsoft Excel for candidate tracking.
• Proficient with email sequences and campaigns using Mailchimp, Apollo, Hiretual, and Gem.
• Proficient with various work management tools namely Miro, Slack, ZOOM, Google Calendar, Hangout, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with Canva.
• Extensive experience with offshore, onshore, and nearshore end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Has excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Has excellent listening and transcription skills. Very familiar with Otter.ai.
• Is able and willing to work under critical conditions, changing schedules and short notices.
• Can effectively meet deadlines.
