What can I bring to the table? I consider myself highly trainable due to my eagerness to learn. Integrity and respect in the workplace are the values my parents taught me. I am a firm believer that taking initiative and being efficient is what make a conducive working environment not only for myself but also for my colleagues, hence, being a team player.

Through years of experience as a customer service and technical representative in the BPO industry, I have gained skills and knowledge that I can share with my future clients for business growth. I have been assigned and promoted to different roles which is a testament to how my previous employers trust my results. Additionally, I am assisting our family business' (Demolition and Construction) social media account, particularly a Facebook business page - wherein I manage auto-responses, paid ads, marketing video, and photo creation, and responses to possible leads. With the introduction of AI tools, I am immersing myself in the basics of AI tools.
