Profile Description

 I worked as a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist at Parth Diamonds. I call potential client to share and educate them about our products. Offer them good deals for both Lab- grown and natural diamonds. I also worked as a Sales Manager in LGDeal, B2B marketplace of lab-grown diamonds. My job is to update information on Hubspot. I also call diamond shops to recommend our marketplace. I was also a Subject Matter Expert and Sales Specialist with Telstra Australia for 5 years. I handled billing and sales. One of the tasks I did was sending end-of-day reports from CRM tool including daily sales updates, number of sales, canceled, and completed sales. I also handled complaints and escalations if any. I contributed to providing strategies on how to create sales strategies and ways on getting multiple sales.

After Telstra, I work as a Customer Service/Sales Specialist with Spark New Zealand. I am helping the customer and answering all their queries via call and chat.  I handled cold calling, looking for leads for sales opportunities for the customer. 

Updating the customer account via CRM tool, providing daily reports for sale (completed, in progress, and canceled). Also, have k I was also given a chance to handle a group of people and help them improve their numbers. Provide their coaching and feedback after listening to the call and monitor their numbers. Also, provide recommendations on how to improve their service at the same time transition it into a sale. 

I have knowledge of Lead Generation. By using free tools in finding the leads' contact information (Email Finder, LeadLeaper, Find. leads).
