I have years of experience as an Operations Manager with 10+ years of exposure in fast-paced, deadline-driven E-commerce businesses. I have managed over 500 people in my entire career and was in charge of managing schedules, coaching, and mentoring a team. In my recent role, I was in-charge of creating internal SOPs, hiring, and training. I also oversaw a group of Social Media Managers, VAs, and designers on certain projects. That experience helped me become more flexible in understanding the basics of their scope of work and the kind of management they need.
