As someone with extensive experience in the call center - business process outsourcing industry, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in various areas. I started my career as a customer support associate, then became an operations team manager, and experienced being an executive admin assistant. As a workforce management supervisor, I have honed my leadership skills and learned how to manage people effectively. Additionally, I continue to develop myself and continue learning such as getting certified with Lean Six Sigma and taking courses for Project Management making me well-versed in streamlining processes and improving efficiency in the projects i am working on.
My background has allowed me to tackle complex tasks and manage timelines effectively. I have also developed a strong understanding of customer service and client relationship management, helping me to build and maintain strong connections with customers and clients.
Overall, I am a highly productive worker knowledgeable about various tools and systems that can help boost performance. With my combination of experience and skills, along with the right values, I am confident that I can make a positive impact in any work environment.
